Three ways out

If the debt cannot be paid but the company is fundamentally a good one, we can arrange the implementation of a Company Voluntary Arrangement.
What a CVA gives you
Where an organised winding up of your company is the better route, we can often get the petitioning creditor to agree to withdraw the petition and allow a Voluntary Liquidation instead.
